Preston-Osborne is a family and operates as such—close-knit, collaborative, supportive and energetic. Although the current average tenure of employees is 11 years, we still have a youthful energy that we bring to client projects. We work as a team. One person is assigned as the account manager, but draws on the skills and expertise of others on staff to service the account adequately. The fact that a half-dozen clients have been with us for 10 or more years is a testament to the men and women who put account service as a high priority.
